The Standards of Construction document provides the technical aspects of installing water and wastewater facilities. It is designed to aid in meeting the requirements of the Utility for newly constructed systems that will be connected to our infrastructure. Deviation from this standard is permitted only by written consent of the Utility. If you have any questions please contact us.
