26th Annual Water Walk & Run Registration (Wednesday, May 10, 2017)

 

The Water Walk & Run is a 5K event that is held during National Drinking Water Week.   The staging area for the race is at our Water Treatment Plant at 1304 First Avenue.  The Water Walk & Run will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  There are family friendly activities starting at 5:30 pm and the race starts at 6:00 pm.

Until 3:00 pm on race day, Wednesday, May 10th at 3691 Cameron Street, Suite 201, Fairbanks, Alaska 99709

After 3:30 pm on race day, Wednesday May 10th at  Golden Heart Utilities Water Treatment Plant at 1304 1st Avenue, Fairbanks, AK 99701.

Coloring Contest

 

Golden Heart Utilities will be holding a coloring contest during National Drinking Water Week.  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in three categories: Kindergarten; 1st & 2nd grades; 3rd and 4th grades.  Winners will announced at the 26th Annual Golden Heart Utilities Water Walk/Run on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  Entries are due by noon on Monday, May 8, 2017.  Click on the following link to download a coloring contest entry form pdf\Coloring Contest 2017.pdf.
